IWW Iceland stand in solidarity with the members of La Suiza Six, facing jail time for a labor action.
The decision made by the Supreme Court on Monday 24th June 2024 was an attack, not only against the six members of the Confederación Nacional del Trabajo (CNT) but an attack upon all of us.
The decision signifies that every union activist is now a target for taking a stand against the bosses. We call for the harassment of trade union activists to end. We call for an end to false charges to be immediately dropped.
In extending our solidarity to each and every one of La Suiza Six we echo the call that you are not alone. An injury to one is an injury to all!
