IWW – Ísland invites you to take part in our May Day celebrations for an afternoon of solidarity and empowerment!
The schedule of events will be:
13:30 – May Day procession down Laugavegur
14:00 – Gathering at Lækjartorg for free coffee, listening to IWW – Ísland speakers
15:30 – Friendly get-together at Múltikúlti (Barónstígur 3) with food and
music. Learn what your working rights are, and how to take control of your workplace!
18:00 – Showing of the movie “Pride” in Múltikúlti, followed by discussion and refreshments
21:00 – Heading downtown to celebrate some more!
